Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering. Five years in equipment maintenance, three years in management. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with cost management and statistical data for predictive maintenance. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Pass background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance & Engineering Manager oversees site engineering design, planning, and capital projects. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role bridges operations with engineering and maintenance priorities. Improve equipment maintainability and reliability. Stay updated on technology and maintenance methods. Develop and coach staff, supporting all management levels. Ensure accurate asset management and maintenance systems data. Administer effective preventive and predictive maintenance in the CMMS. Analyze equipment history, optimize downtime, and prevent failures. Maintain ISO 9001 records, facilitate calibration schedules. Identify training needs and coordinate work with outside contractors. Update site plans using AutoCAD. Assist in resolving union grievances. Other duties as assigned. Pay is $90,000-110,000 yearly.
