Job Description:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking an HR Communications Leader to work on a hybrid basis in the East Metro. As the HR Communications Leader, you will be a key member of our communications team, responsible for leading support of our Chief Human Resources Officer and the broader human resource function. This role will require a collaborative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic approach to employee communications.<br>
<br>Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the communications team to support the Chief Human Resources Officer and HR function.</li>
<li>Develop and manage communications strategy and projects, including writing, graphic design, and leveraging internal channels such as the intranet, email newsletters, etc.</li>
<li>Measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.</li>
<li>Plan, execute, and evaluate in-person and virtual events for employees, ensuring alignment with objectives and metrics.</li>
<li>Prepare and repurpose presentations to effectively inform and engage employees.</li>
<li>Understand and represent company strategies and priorities in all communications efforts.</li>
<li>Follow and refine editorial and approval processes to ensure content meets business objectives, editorial style guidelines, and brand standards.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Experience with executive support and company-wide communications for human resources.</li>
<li>Proven experience in writing, content development, and communications project management for global companies, including measuring effectiveness and engagement.</li>
<li>Familiarity with creating and managing content across digital platforms (intranet, mobile, email).</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, legal, finance, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to operate independently and execute strategically and tactically.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Graphic design skills (Adobe InDesign, etc.) to create or modify graphics and images in support of editorial strategy.</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.</li>
