Job Description:
Responsible for design, delivery and support of communications and training needs related to the Coil CRM software platform.
User management activation, visibility & deactivation to ensure the rep can see/do what is required within the Sherwin CRM platform.
Advocate, gather feedback and measure business value from the team in the field to ensure continuous digital evolution and improved customer experience.
Lead design and delivery of reporting for division and group supporting the journey to customer predictive guidance and analytics in order to sell more through existing customers and growth with new customer sales
Team up with the regional Marketing teams and PCG group resources to create and maintain a global Coil product database.
Partner with the lab and segment managers to identify Coil product portfolio opportunities for consolidation and cost savings within the current product offering.
Support Marcom projects including case studies, social media posts, and tradeshows.
Collaborate with customers to design color cards and manage logo agreements.
Responsible for assisting on Coil Marketing projects as requested by the Coil Marketing team.
FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)
