JOB TITLE: HR Business Analyst
JOB ID: 90955
DURATION: 6 months – contract to hire
HOURS: Standard CST
LOCATION: 9900 Bren Rd. East, Minnetonka, MN 55343 – Hybrid 2-3 days in office


• Primarily responsible for daily administration and operation processes in the health plans.
• Health/Wellness Payroll Reporting and Support (GSS/Alight audits, biweekly payroll adjustment processing, PR related questions).
• Assists with data analytics and reporting including reviewing data as it relates to newly integrated groups for COBRA takeovers.
• Support compliance/legal requests as it relates to benefits including data needed for employee deaths
• Support customized activities related to Benefit plans/processes/policies (e.g., terminations, transfers, integrations).
• Support Company Transfers and Global Mobility Ops which includes Input OOP/ded for Company transfers in UHC system.
• Provide support/guidance for escalated H&W Benefits cases from Employee Center, company-wide internal and external vendors, and others within the organization.
• Assist with validation and testing for the new Oracle HRIS and payroll system.
• OE duties as assigned.
