We strive to maintain a customer-centric focus, while experiencing sustainable growth and continually evolving our products to leverage technology to offer the best protection for our customers. This commitment drives us to attract, develop and invest in our employees to enable them to provide superior customer service.
About this Role

Regular vendor interaction, relationship building and oversight will be heavy component of the job as well.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the primary contact and support for all vendors, including new and existing, and all support associated with vendor products
Obtain and call references from the manufacturer/vendor, to discuss experiences related to the product, training, RMA's, etc.

Perform regular reviews of our legacy products and help develop plans and a path to phase them out and have upgrades completed in an effort to maintain customer satisfaction.
Review generic parts on a regular basis to ensure we are current in our offering and receiving the best pricing.
Determine and make recommendations for when a product should be discontinued for sale and create procedures for how we support customers continuing to use these products going forward.
In most instances, obtain demo equipment, setup, and test to evaluate the product.
Provide Inventory cost updates as vendors release updated pricing throughout the year. This also includes keeping up with discontinued items and having them removed from Sedona, our system for orders and inventory.
Work with vendors, Per Mar branch personnel and corporate training to coordinate rollout training for Sales and Operations.
As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.
