Job Summary

Under departmental supervision, the student worker will assist in the creation and construction of scenery for all CLC Theatre productions.

Required Qualification(s)

Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for the fall semester or three (3) hours for the summer semester

• Attach an availability schedule with application

• Applicants must have prior experience in technical theatre or a working knowledge of basic woodworking and tools

• Applicants must be able to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines

• Some tasks may require the student to lift 40 lbs or work from ladders or elevated heights

Work Schedule

The work schedule will reflect the availability of the Student Worker. The Scene Shop is typically open 11-6 Monday-Thursday and 11-5 Friday. Position runs through the end of the academic year.
