Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prescribe and implement treatment programs centered around the patient's needs and condition

• Promote improvement in service, department, and hospital systems to benefit patient care

• Seek continual learning opportunity to advance one's own practice

• Provide weekend physical therapy services to inpatient and swing bed patients per established weekend rotation schedule

• Work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team including occupational therapy and speech therapy

• Demonstrates high degree of commitment to customer service excellence

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program with active PT license in the state of MN
