Description:

• 2-3+ years of experience with Construction Inspection - Ability to work independently and as a team member, maintaining composure, and working effectively in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities - Organization and multi-tasking - Concrete Materials Testing for construction projects - Site inspection - American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 - A Bonus is ICC Certification in Reinforcing Steel, Masonry and/or Soils Special Inspection - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to submit to a drug test. - Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - A good work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of personal integrity
