Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics to support the Trilliant and/or Horseshoe Beverage companies. This position is onsite at our Horseshoe Beverage facility in Neenah, WI and works Sunday - Thursday 5:45pm-2:00am. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Supervise and coordinate material handling activities including receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping. Manage workflow in Production to meet the operational requirements with timely and accurate replenishment. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Inventory Management Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and FIFO product rotation. Evaluate inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement, including FIFO, the reduction of expired products, and proper putaway scanning and retrieval adherence. Collaborate with the Inventory Manager and Supply Chain team to maintain accurate inventory within Ax. Responsible for data integrity and accurate data management within the ERP and WMS system.
