Randstad is hiring for a very exciting opportunity beginning April 1st, where you will be a part of a dynamic team and supporting customers in a call center enviornment. salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• You will work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.

• Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances

• Inbound Call Center: 60-80 calls per day

• Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
