Our Oregon based team is responsible for improving the performance of Intel's 3D graphics on Windows platforms. During your work you will profile, analyze and develop optimizations for 3D games, while also developing internal tools and capabilities. We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team focused on improving the 3D experience on Intel graphics platforms.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related STEM degree and 4+ years related experience, or

Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related STEM degree and 3+ years related experience.

Your experience should be in the following areas:

  • 3+ years of C++ programming experience and working knowledge of Python

  • Experience programing with DirectX, Metal, Vulkan, and/or OpenGL

  • Experience programming in one of: 3D game development, 3D application or rendering engines, device drivers, or compilers

Preferred Skills and experience that will make you stand out:

  • Knowledge of GPU architecture

  • Knowledge of operating systems

  • Knowledge of computer architecture

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $123,419.00-$185,123.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
