Accu-Chek Machining is a secondary Machine Shop established in 1995. Our mission is to service our customers with quality, price, and on time delivery. We possess CNC lathes and machines that are capable of turning, boring, grooving, threading, and facing.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or accredited GED with an emphasis in machine shop practices preferred.

2 years setup or mechanical experience in a production environment preferred.

Job requirements:

Perform setups and operate numerical machining centers and manual equipment to execute various machine functions.

Ability to enact all duties of a CNC operator and willingness to operate machines when necessary.

Capabilities to train and lead operators.

Ability to read process control sheets, blueprints, sketches, dimensional specifications.

Ability to mount, align, and secure tooling, and other equipment needed for the setup of the machine.

Capable of loading a program or retrieve a program from the database.

Properly regulate cutting depth, feeds and speeds, coolant flow, etc.

Able to use measuring instruments to assure parts are to specifications.

Complete appropriate documentation for traceability and customer requirements.

Maintain communication with co-workers and management.

A team player to ensure an efficient and relaxed environment.
