Are you passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing? Do you want to work with renowned brands that millions of consumers use every day? The Procter and Gamble—Amazon Customer Team is looking for a dedicated and driven Digital Marketing and Media Manager to join us.

In this role, you will lead the development of in-demand capabilities across digital marketing and eCommerce retail media. As a digital marketing and media manager, you will drive the execution, analysis, optimization, and upskilling of promotional events, programmatic media, and "off Amazon" demand generation tactics, including influencer, affiliate, and social campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work with our entire portfolio of brands, collaborating with various teams, internal experts, and external partners to drive breakthrough business results and company-wide upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commerce Events : Take ownership of multi-brand promotional events, including strategy development, successful execution, performance analysis, and the implementation of best practices across teams.

  • Programmatic/Full-Funnel Media Optimization : Collaborate with internal media teams and Amazon Advertising representatives to analyze programmatic media performance, identify optimization opportunities, and pilot new capabilities.

  • "Offsite" Demand Generation (Influencer, Affiliate, and Social Innovation): Drive expertise in "off Amazon" awareness, traffic, and conversion drivers. Partner with brands and agencies to pilot influencer, affiliate, and paid social media campaigns, leveraging learnings to drive company-wide upskilling.

  • Capability Leading : Codify learnings from commerce events, programmatic media, and offsite activations to develop best practice documentation and trainings. Collaborate with Media, Brand, and Retail teams to share best-in-class case studies. Work with Corporate partners to drive upskilling and adoption of the latest tools and technologies.

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Experience:

  • Experience working in eCommerce; familiarity with Amazon's advertising ecosystem and retail operations is a plus.

  • Proven experience in managing and executing large-scale digital eCommerce/media campaigns.

  • At least 2+ years of relevant digital media experience, including planning, trading, and analyzing programmatic (DSP) and social media campaigns; experience with influencer and affiliate marketing.

  • Experience managing large marketing/media budgets.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

    Preferred:

  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms, including media reporting platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker, Power BI).

  • Proficiency with SQL or similar languages.

    Qualities:

  • Passion for developing and testing new tactics, technologies, and strategies to engage consumers in the digital media landscape.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to drive decision-making and optimization.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Flexibility to manage changing plans and deliverables.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey insights, make recommendations and influence stakeholders.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Problem-solving ability and the capability to tackle challenges comprehensively.

  • Agility, curiosity, and bias for action in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
