JOB REQUIREMENTS: Finished Goods Assistant Team Leader - 51169 Responsibilities: Operate and learn different machines/positions on the line which may include: * Labeler * Wrapping Machine operator * Case packing operator * Quality Enhancement Specialist * Casings * Meat Delivery * Stuffing operator * Traying * Line Support * Proper set up and teardown of equipment * Accurately perform SAP transactions in regards to job duties * Take ownership for your personal safety and the safety of all Members working around you In addition to the requirements above, the Assistant Team Leader has the opportunity to work with the Team Lead to: * Support the assigned Production Line team in the areas of safety, quality, and cost * Be a safety champion and address issues with safety immediately * Evaluate and coordinate training needs and efforts of production team members required for the current production processes, including quality and safety training * Evaluate daily staffing needs of the line against the production schedule to maintain budgeted resources and to maximize line output * Coach and monitor the performance and development of team members, providing feedback and documenting results through performance appraisals * Lead the disciplinary process when necessary * Lead daily team meetings * Complete daily performance reports and shift paperwork * Effectively communicate information to members and coaches * Lead process improvement initiatives on the line * Be a role model to all members Date: May 14th, 2024 Location: Watertown, WI Coach: Shana Ollarzabal, Team Leader-Operations Member Status:Full Time, Hourly Hours: Line 2: 4:30am - 2:30pm (Overtime as production demands including weekends) Starting Hourly Rate: \$24.00 per hour Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
