Job Responsibilities: - Perform a wide range of plumbing duties, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems. - Collaborate closely with the team to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects. - Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify plumbing issues and propose appropriate solutions. - Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations while executing tasks. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions. - Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing excellent customer service at all times. - Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. - Must have the ability to work a week on call/ overtime. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a service plumber. - Proven expertise in handling various plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance. - Sound knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Valid MD State Journeyman Plumbing License - Clean driving record and reliable transportation. - Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in different environments. - Motivated and always willing to grow and learn - Strong teamwork skills.
